Rooms were compact but well equipped, with a clothes dryer atop the bathroom and a foldable clothes hanging bar below it which we find really handy. The beds were comfortable. A common room with washing machines is on the 4th floor.
Reception staff is super friendly and helpful. They even have a robot to deliver the delivery food received to your room. We were surprised by the complimentary gift of local goodies bag when we check-out. Yummy!
The hotel is within walking distance to the Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area and the Zhenyang Pedestrian Street.where street food is aplenty. Recommend to try 海天腸粉 for rice rolls with filling and 花橋榮記 for Guilin noodle, both within easy reach from.the hotel.
Will definitely stay there again and record mmend to friends and family!

Everything was perfect.
The hotel is situated in a lively yet slightly quieter area, surrounded by numerous cafés, restaurants and shops. It is conveniently located at the midpoint between Jingjiang Princes’ Palace and the Two Rivers & Four Lakes Scenic Area, both about a 20-minute walk away.
The front desk service was impeccable—polite, helpful, and attentive. They provide information about the surroundings and transportation via WeChat, which is especially convenient.
The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well-appointed, with a high-end feel. No detail was overlooked; for example, the bathroom floor was heated, and the provided tea was delightful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin! The location is perfect – central enough to reach everything easily, yet in a peaceful and beautiful setting.
The hotel itself is well-equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
We would definitely stay here again!
