SYYF Xiangshan Promise Hotel Guilin（Xiangbishan Liangjiang Sihu Branch）

It was an exceptional experience staying in the SYYP hotel in Guilin. Breakfast was very nutritious and their travel department assisted me booking tickets for tour.

It has been a memorable stay for us. The hotel is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to the Twin Pagoda, the Elephant Hill, and Zhenyang Pedestrian St. Besides, they are many good restaurants around the vicinity. Our selected rooms are huge with minimal chic design. Friendly service staff. Loved the chat service via Wechat, where we could book our transport to and fro the Railway Station. There's complimentary dessert served to our room. On top of that, they even printed our favourite photos taken during our stay and have it framed for us for free!!! And the robot delivered to our room. We will miss talking to Shishi in the Wechat asking about our needs. This is a very interactive hotel where communications are done through their Wechat, and you get prompt services. Good breakfast varities and friendly service staff. Highly recommended to try the local Guilin dry noodle at breakfast. It is as good as those outside. We will miss staying in this hotel. Thanks you SYYF hotel!

Good place to stay , value for money . All the amenities are good & there service is great . Staff is very helpful to find & share the details for visiting local attractions .

A great hotel, very modern, tech-supported room, spacious, warm and a big bed. The breakfast is superb with many choices, and decent coffee! Located very centrally and a short walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and fantastic night markets. There is also a few great reataurants, one served the best goose i've ever tried! Highly recommended, and we almosted stayed extra days just because its such a nice place to stay.

A cosy hotel to begin my guilin trip. 管家are good and friendly. Love the variety of breakfast options and gd tast of the guilin meehoon. There is washer and dryer and 管家 will help to bring the clothes to your door if the waiting time is too long. 必住

What a wonderful experience for us all as a family. When we saw the room, we instantly felt comfortable. Their warm welcome made us feel like home. We can't wait to come back again and will surely recommend to friends and family. Their fresh breakfast was so enjoyable, made from fresh ingredients and also allowing us tourist to enjoy local foods and they were all delicious! We received cute keychains as gifts for my boys and they loved ut. So thoughtful of them. Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful experience.
