Upon checking in, a very welcome greetings from Jolin, the service counter staff. Great service and always get greetings every day when we are at the lobby. The hotel location is great and convenient. The room is cleaned. A great location to stay and enjoy our holidays. Nice breakfast and well recommended.

If you are looking for confusion and stress this hotel is not for you . We were enveloped at our entrance by fusion music and environments of ancient rural China. The possibility to enjoy a terrace overlooking the Li River, next to the village of real fishermen. The jagged mountains of the region while drinking coffee in the morning will transport you to a lost China. Fantastic breakfast and very comfortable rooms. On the front of the hotel a walking area keeping you aside from traffic Will bring you to the ancient Town of Daxu , a small Village beside. The restorant on River level Will complete the offer for your staying. The rest is by photos attached . Strictly raccomanded if you wanna relax.

Location is superb ! Walking street, Sun Moon pagoda, elephant trunk hill are all witjin walking distance. Hotel also provides self service laundry, detergent are all provided foc. Service staff even help to unload my laundry from wash to dry machine, and fold up my clothings and put in basket while i am asleep. Buffet breakfast is good ! Steongly recommended.

A very nice hotel with luxurious decoration and spacious and sanitary rooms. My family likes it very much. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is super convenient for eating and shopping. You can just ride a shared bicycle to the surrounding attractions. It's so convenient!

It has been a memorable stay for us. The hotel is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to the Twin Pagoda, the Elephant Hill, and Zhenyang Pedestrian St. Besides, they are many good restaurants around the vicinity. Our selected rooms are huge with minimal chic design. Friendly service staff. Loved the chat service via Wechat, where we could book our transport to and fro the Railway Station. There's complimentary dessert served to our room. On top of that, they even printed our favourite photos taken during our stay and have it framed for us for free!!! And the robot delivered to our room. We will miss talking to Shishi in the Wechat asking about our needs. This is a very interactive hotel where communications are done through their Wechat, and you get prompt services. Good breakfast varities and friendly service staff. Highly recommended to try the local Guilin dry noodle at breakfast. It is as good as those outside. We will miss staying in this hotel. Thanks you SYYF hotel!

The hotel is decorated in purple tones, which is always elegant. There is aromatherapy in the elevator, the room has its own air purifier, the bedding is very comfortable, and the pillows are hard and soft. The location is very good. I wanted to check in at Elephant Trunk Hill before the cruise in the morning, so I chose the hotel. It lived up to my expectations. It is only a 3-minute walk from Exit 3. If you just want to check in, you can go to Observation Deck 1 without crossing the bridge. You can check in at Exit 3 and then go out. It is also very close to the Twin Towers and the pedestrian street, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

The B&B is located in a large tourist resort. The store provided a shuttle service, which was very convenient for travel. The check-in service was very thoughtful, and the two-day accommodation experience was great! In addition, the two days were for the postgraduate entrance examination, and the store also hired a bus to pick up the candidates to the examination site, which was really thoughtful!

Really friendly and helpful staff! Never declined any of our requests and always helped us out, even though we are a larger group. Also, any amount of drinking water provided on request, even upon checkout! Tour desk in hotel managed to help us get unscammed from a bad tour purchase and booked us a fantastic tour for a much better price than the online prices (even here on Trip) or the multiple local touts and tour offices. Location is also excellent, in a vibrant pedestrian center with lots of food and shops open till 10 to 11pm every night. Some of the sellers speak basic English as they're used to tourists. Only issue is that the nearest road is about 50m walking distance but that's not a long walk unless you're heavily laden. Room was really nice and clean, no unpleasant smells and the water pressure was warm and pleasantly hot. All in all just about our favourite hotel during this China trip (and much better than many we've been to before) Disclaimer on photos: Didn't manage to take pictures of the room before the kids messed up the bedding, but the hotel provided some stock photos, which do look exactly like how the room was on arrival.

The hotel is equipped with charging piles, which is very convenient. The cost of 1.4 yuan is not expensive. This time I stayed in a wooden floor room, which was more refreshing and comfortable. There are green trees outside the window, and the air is very good. I walked in the small park in front of the hotel, and I can also enjoy the flowers and take beautiful photos. The scenery is pleasant. I will stay here when I come to Guilin in the future. It is very comfortable. Recommended.
