I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel from the beginning. When I arrived the staff were super helpful and polite from the minute I stepped out of my taxi. The staff at the front desk were very polite and efficient and the receptionist also upgraded my room for a room with a better view. They could barely speak English but went out of their way to use a translator to ensure that I understood what was going on. When I got to my room, it was beautiful and matched the theme of the hotel which is a fusion af antique and modern. When the receptionist entered my room, he instantly got a strong cigarette smoke smell and immediately offered to get it fixed. The buffet dinning area was well set up and offered a wide array of dishes, drinks, pastries and desserts. I ate dinner which was an added cost of 99rmb which is reasonable considering the huge variety of food that was offered. The breakfast was just as good as it also had a huge selection of food. The location of the hotel was great as it was very close to downtown and the surrounding area was lovely to go walking. The hotel also offered in house entertainment every day which was a huge plus. I'm very pleased with my stay at the Grand Bravo.

Because the tour group of Longji Terraces can pick up and drop off here, I booked this hotel. Therefore, the hotel's transportation location is very convenient. There are also many pharmacies and supermarkets around. Health is OK. Service is acceptable. But the facilities are too old. It is recommended to refurbish. Overall, you get what you pay for, you can say that the goods are real. Cost-effective!

The stay experience was great, and Wuyue Plaza was very convenient to eat and drink downstairs! The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and there are many disposable items. This price is really worth it. The rooms are fully equipped with kitchens, washing machines, large balcony drying, etc., and feel as comfortable as at home. The boss is warm and friendly and will choose here next time.
