Não foi uma experiência agradável 😔.
O quarto não tinha o ar condicionado a funcionar e, apesar de solicitarmos a reparação do problema ou a mudança de quarto, só na 3a noite nos forneceram um termoventilador e um edredão que nos permitiram ter conforto e descansar.
Pequeno almoço fraco.

Hotel acolhedor e sossegado Staff impecável e acessivel Pequeno almoço muito bom e com bastante variedade Piscina e spa ótimos para relaxar (apesar de o hotel estar bastante movimentado) O único senão é o isolamento acústico) e a temperatura da água dos chuveiros.

Un hotel muy luminoso y cerca de una ciudad que me gustó mucho: Guimaraes. Al principio, de noche, nos costó encontrarlo porque nos despistamos un poco, pero después el sitio es agradable, las comidas buenas y el personal sumamente amable y con ganas de ayudar. Hablaban español bastante bien, además de que se esforzaban en comprendernos. Aparcamiento gratuito y amplio. Era Navidad y nos dieron la cena de Nochebuena que estaba bien. Tiene spa. lo cual ayuda mucho a relajarse. También piscina interior, y otras instalaciones deportivas. Portugal cuenta con lugares que merece la pena ver y los hoteles tienen buenos precios. Aconsejable.

Limpieza en zonas comunes( ascensor y baños en recepción) muy deficientes. Subimos dos días en el ascensor y había un trozo de papel y un palillos que estuvieron allí los dos días. El baño de recepción, también faltó de limpieza. No hay mini bar, en un sitio de tanto calor. No tienen caja fuerte. Falta de empleados ( spa y piscina) no hay nadie. Desayuno..... De los peores que me encontré.

Que quede claro que hago una crítica constructiva, para que tome nota quien le corresponda. Bien: Las pistas de paddle y tenis. El spa, con una fuerza de agua increíble ( también en las duchas de las habitaciones). Mal: Sólo una percha en el baño ( para colgar dos albornoces,dos toallas del spa, gorros y bañadores y toallas de ducha). NO hay un mísero estante dentro de la ducha ( cada vez q necesitas coger champú, jabón o suavizante, al suelo ...) No hay mini nevera, con el calor q hace aquí, ni caja fuerte. El desayuno, de los peores que encontré en un hotel. Y, por si fuera poco, vamos ayer noche a la cafetería a tomar una cerveza y, sólo les quedaba una en la nevera... Para echarse a reir.

Muy buen hotel para descansar, apartado de la ciudad pero muy bien comunicado. Buena atención del personal. Habitación confortable y limpia, cama grande. Desayuno perfecto. Tanto el spa como la piscina con poca afluencia de gente. Todo perfecto.

El hotel está genial: lo tiene todo:pistas de tenis y pádel, piscina, gimnasio... Las habitaciones son grandes y están bien equipadas. Además incluye desayuno. Lo único negativo: la chica morena de la cafetería, CARLA, que fue bastante desagradable
