入住房間在五樓，樓層較低，光線不好，西面有樓擋住光線，東面開窗見鐵棚，需要住6樓以上才好點。3家酒店大堂是相連的，同屬一個企業酒店，早餐在一起在二樓大廳吃，人多比較亂，早餐品種一般。另外，游泳池開放時間與網上公佈的開放時間不同，不是五一開放，4樓是活動健身中心，住户可以免費使用，服務態度很好。前台工作人員業務不熟，辦理有關手續慢和出錯。酒店有西山遊玩門票，60元/張，比西山門口購買80元/張便宜，建議在酒店購買。酒店內有一家酒店，消費價格便宜，適合大眾消費。213元/晚含早餐的性價比很高。

環境：酒店就座落在西山風景名勝區和潯江的旁邊，周圍城市環境優美。
服務：酒店工作人員服務態度熱情，使人有賓至如歸的感覺。
設施：酒店設有免費停車場，各項設施齊全，四樓還有游泳池供旅客休閑暢遊。
衞生：客房衞生整潔，入住感覺很舒適。

房間比想象當中的要大，但是牆壁上的空調控制器竟然漏電，本來想調暖氣的，手一碰上去就被電回來了，用其他東西來觸控打開了暖氣，結果一晚上也感覺不到暖和。建議酒店檢查一下線路是不是沒有接地線？

再次入住，西遊童話酒店在西山腳下。因為酒店交通便利，還有動車站免費接送，早餐品種豐富，小孩對早餐很滿意，吃得很滿足！

怎麼説呢，我的朋友是桂平人他給我推薦了這家酒店然後我來到了這裏，但是服務和設施真的讓我難受，我住了那麼多廣西的酒店四星都會有洗衣房服務，甚至三星一些都有，然後這裏不提供洗衣服務，如果需要是需要收費的，是十塊錢一件😅😅我聽到真綳不住了，廁所設計進去浴室那個很滑，摔倒兩次，踩浴室進去每次腳板底都要被割到，且沒有智能服務拉窗簾還要手動，更重要的是採光不好，開窗難評價，開窗的圖我放出來了可以看看，我説怎麼五星降四星然後還才200多的，如果不想手洗衣服🤣，或者體驗糟心體驗，我建議是不要選擇入住可以選擇維也納酒店，各個城市維也納酒店都是還不錯的，
