酒店比較新，位置好，離景區大門近，老闆熱情，可以在門前路邊停車（可以省了景區停車費）酒店客房有2層，每層客房4間，有2間是有陽台的。入住很舒心，酒店不提供餐食，走出50米外就有餐館提供早餐和晚餐，價格不算貴。

地理位置離景區很近，走路到景區門口大約五分鐘，環境乾淨整潔，老闆為人和善。旅遊路線問老闆都會耐心解答，會告訴怎麼遊玩最省心省力。

作為一個業餘點評選手，儘可能從客觀角度點評：
1.位置，位於龍虎山景區入口對面，很方便。
2.關於“酒店”，準確説應該叫做“民宿”，是當地居民自建的三層房子，一樓農家菜，二樓三樓做民宿，大概有8個房間的樣子。
3.房間，這個房間的採光超級好，床上可以曬到滿滿的太陽。
4. 衞生，衞生方面沒有發現問題。
5. 設施，有提供一次性牙刷牙膏、洗髮水、沐浴露。但是洗澡的時發現沒有提供浴巾和毛巾，也沒有提供吹風機，到一樓吧枱也沒有找到管理/服務人員。
6.環境，房間的隔音不好，幾個房間呈“口”字形分佈，晚上和早上對面幾個房間開着門説話都聽得清清楚楚。

房間挺乾淨，床單被套有陽光曬過的味道，還有一個陽台我特別喜歡，離水街入口很近，離景區大門口售票處也不遠，酒店就在潮漫酒店斜對面。老闆人也挺好，下次來還住這家，老闆要記得做菜給我們吃噢

民宿老闆人很好很熱情❤️，走的時候還想送我去公交車站坐車奈何我的行李箱太大了。但是心意感受到了，很暖。地理位置靠近水街附近，周邊比較安靜，不嘈雜。一樓是餐廳，二樓是住宿，分隔開沒有氣味。入住很舒適，房間很乾凈，體驗感很好。發生了一個小烏龍，出去看尋夢龍虎山誤以為我們已經入住已經把一樓門鎖好了，和賓館不一樣的更有滿滿的安全感了🤭🤭。附近的店家人也很好，總體來説感覺民風淳樸，下次還會再來。
