Echeng Hotels in Guiyang

This time, the experience of staying at Hyatt Regency Guiyang was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the meticulous service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities and clean bedding, which made me sleep well all night. I would like to especially praise Xiao Hou and Xiao Yao at the front desk. Their service attitude was super good! They were warm and friendly, answered all questions, and took the initiative to help solve various small problems, making me feel at home in a strange city. Whether it was food recommendations or suggestions for nearby tours, they were all just right. Every day here was very comfortable. Next time I come to Guiyang, I will choose this hotel without hesitation!

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

If I remember correctly, it should be the cheapest Anantara. I have been impressed by Phuket, Bangkok, and Hainan (now changed to Luhuitou) before. I chose this place without hesitation. It is 35 kilometers away from the city. Remember to rent a car. The hotel is built on the hillside and the environment is impeccable, but if you have stayed in Hainan, you will be a little confused. The layout and apartment type are basically the same, but the room design is quite reasonable. You can change your shoes when you enter the door and you won’t step on the interior. The entrance hall at the entrance of the lobby is the longest I have ever seen in a hotel, but as I walked, I felt like I was on vacation and relaxed inexplicably. There is still room for improvement in service. The waiters are a little dull, their clothes are a little loose, and they don’t button their clothes. There are many people wearing sneakers. The cotton slippers in the room are all small, and you need to communicate with the front desk to get them. There is still a lot of room for improvement in details. Overall, it is still a good choice.

I saw it on Ctrip.com. The front desk staff Xiaoshi and Yanyan provided very good service. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and convenient for travel. There were many restaurants around and Qianling Mountain was very close.

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

Xijiang returned to Guiyang and continued to stay at Hilton. The housekeeper Frank was still very considerate. He arranged the room in advance and sent the stored luggage to the room. It saved a lot of time. Thank you for the welcome fruit and dessert.
