The room I requested was generally accommodated, but due to the building's design, the window felt quite oppressive. I discussed it with the front desk and managed to switch to a room closer to the road, which felt less claustrophobic. However, the traffic lights on the street did slightly affect the room at night. Since it was peak season, I had no other options, and this is a fixed hardware issue with the room. The elevator serves two hotels, so it can get a bit busy during breakfast, and it often gets stopped on the first floor. The hotel's front desk is on the basement level, so sometimes you can't get an elevator upstairs from there. Parking is quite convenient; even if there are no spots, they try their best to find one. I want to give a shout-out to the front desk staff, especially the young man who enthusiastically helped us solve problems and even printed study materials for my daughter. The service was very warm, and the complimentary coffee vouchers were also excellent – not just a token gesture. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food tasted really good! They even offered late-night porridge and there's a laundry room. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay!
