The waiter's attitude was extremely bad, the room did not match the picture, the toilet was extremely dirty, and the shower area was full of various stains and unknown hairs. The toilet is so close to the sink that it is impossible to use. After washing my feet, the drain pipe was so blocked that I could swim, and the water overflowed directly into the room! I contacted Ctrip customer service and agreed to change rooms, but when I got to the front desk, they said they didn't want to change rooms and the waiter got angry at me. If you like to see people's faces and be angry, just come and stay at this hotel.
