The lift broke down for 3 days from 18 April to 20 April. Kudos to staff 黎成叔 and 吉静 who helped us carry our luggage from the 7th floor to ground level during check out.
On the first day of our check-in, 22 March, the weather was around 2°C and freezing. Unfortunately our room's heater was not working. The staff on duty that day did her very best and helped us switch to a room with a working heater.
The service provided by staff is good, but the hotel's basic hardware needs to improve.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, the auntie who checked me in at the lobby had a very bad attitude. She was not nice when I checked in. Second, when I asked for a sewing kit, she said to me, "We don't have it, what do you want?" Third, when the child went downstairs to get the package, the auntie in the lobby and her son scolded the child loudly and yelled at the child!
