Hotel is very clean, but the location is not so convenient, hotel is unable to provide international charging socket. I brought two rounds pin charger which is unable to use. Hotel staff is helpful to provide some needs, except charging issues.

走得比較急，走得時候掉了一件衣服在酒店，我還沒到高鐵站我都沒想起來，工作人員就打電話給我，然後溝通下來酒店就給我把衣服寄過來了。酒店位置真的很好，就在公園門口，而且酒店還有私湯房，冬天來得小夥伴一定要來試一下

酒店可以免費停車，開車來貴陽出差的，這一點還是很方便，酒店環境也可以。並且酒店服務也很好，還免費給我們升級到了影音房，晚上買了點喝的，看了個電影，酒店很安靜，所以整體體驗感很不錯

我們定的雙床房
先説優點：離黔靈山公園近，就在門口很方便，離市集近，吃東西買東西方便，還離地鐵站近，這個挺好的
缺點：如下
設施：廁所沖水力不太行，不敢上大的，怕堵了。還有門口感應燈真的雞肋，門口有人路過就亮，特別是早上七點多，剛剛開始嚇人！！弄清楚後才發現，有人走來走去就亮了，搞的睡不着，想法是好的，就是雞肋。空調熱風不太行，我上一個酒店穿短袖，這個要穿長袖睡覺。洗澡水不熱，瑟瑟發抖洗完澡和頭，第二個人等了一個小時還是不熱，而且風筒衹有冷風，大冬天吹頭髮冷死！！！
衞生：毛巾大有紅色點點，不知道沒洗乾淨還是上一個用户沒有換
環境：除了隔音不太行，其他的還可以
服務：寫着12點可入職，實際要差不多兩點，還不如寫14：00點後入住呢，前台入住就要等非常久，上去還全是樓梯，要抗着行李走上去

設施真的很差勁，毛巾上面有頭髮，打電話給前台，前台給我們重新送來毛巾，兩個質感都不一樣！床頭的牀頭櫃會搖晃，牆上的那個閲讀燈還是松的，可以和牆分開，那個洗澡間的門更是差勁，我都怕掉下來，早上起床水都是黃色的，非常臟！！！

去前台沒有人，問旁邊那個服務人員她態度不好的説她去送客人樓了，過了十來分鐘還沒回來我就又問結果她還是態度很差，衞生一般吧

先説優點，這個酒店離黔靈山真的太近了，門挨着門。離景區這麼近這價格很划算
再説缺點，酒店除了位置沒有其他可以説的地方了，入住的時候發現前台沒有人等了半天，第一次遇到酒店前台沒人的時候，入住向服務員多要一張電卡，服務員説房間不斷電，用不到，結果第二天白天放在房間充電的充電寶，充了一天成功的從三格電變為沒電，用的的浴巾就給疊一下重新放在架上，服務員難道摸不出來這是濕的麼？浴巾破破爛爛也就罷了，換都不換就過分了吧
還有就是衞生極差，屋裡桌子上都是土，地面地攤看不出來原色，而且到處是污漬
再説設施，衞生間淋浴噴頭在地上扔着，你讓住客用還是不用吧？至少也得撿起來放架子上吧？另外屋子裡空調跟風車一樣，開着空調噪音大到睡不着，關了空調開窗户，外面公園大爺大媽晚上十點還沒關音樂，早上六點就開始放，真是誰住誰知道多鬧心
總結來説這麼多年住過最差的酒店沒有之一

空調開了以後沒法調温度，也沒辦法關掉，打電話給前台詢問有沒有厚被子並且告知空調故障，前台態度非常不耐煩，還説你既然冷要厚被子為什麼還要開空調，也沒有叫人上來看，我蓋厚被子跟我吹空調沖突嗎？而且當時的情況是空調沒辦法關閉我衹能蓋厚被子。
