I arrived here late at night, from the nearby railway station, and the receptionist was very friendly and quickly checked me in so I could enjoy a rest. The room was clean and cozy and I had everything I needed. Definitely recommended when you are traveling here. Thank you again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
1. Do not provide floor mats in the bathroom
2. The bathroom floor flooded after taking a bath
3. The bathroom door is spoilt and unable to lock
4. The bathroom room glass sliding door seems fragile and may drop off the rail anytime.
5. The water heater temperature is uncontrollable, either too hot till it hurts the skin or too cold until you freeze.
6. The KTV pub down floor operates till midnight, I was unable to sleep because there was still someone singing after 1am will ugly voice.
6. The hotel will not clean your room without requesting it. The rubbish bin was still full, no replacement of toilet paper when we came back at night. The whole room very dirty anyway.
7. The hotel front desk was very messy and the whole environment looks like the hotel is operating by a ****.
