When I opened the door, I found that it was not the room I booked and someone had already checked in. 😅 The next night when I returned to the hotel, I couldn't open the door with the swipe card, so I ran back to the front desk to deal with it. Although the front desk processing speed is very fast, the business capabilities need to be strengthened.
