The room was clean and relatively quiet. The front desk staff Zhang and Yang were very nice. They sent the extra items quickly. Full marks for service. Except for the distance, everything else was ok.

This stay was a bad experience. First of all, the room smelled very strong and pungent. I couldn't stay in the room. Room 806 smelled too strong. I changed rooms. The hygiene was very good. In addition, takeaways were not allowed to be delivered to the room. I understand that, but the hotel is not equipped with robots, which is very inconvenient. The service awareness is average. Although the front desk lady said when I checked out that it could be delivered to the room if needed, the guest who got up early in the morning couldn't go downstairs because he was drunk. If you really have a sense of service, you should have delivered it directly. I also asked the courier brother, but he didn't allow it to be delivered and there was no robot, so I had to go downstairs to get it. I can't understand this kind of afterthought. I hope you can really provide some basic service.

It was very annoying. I dropped my charger at the hotel and couldn't find it even after calling back. The hotel service was also average. I specially upgraded the package to include two breakfasts, but I still didn't get to have breakfast, which was a pity.

The room was clean and relatively quiet. The front desk staff, Bao Xiaoyang, was very nice. The extra items were delivered quickly. The service was perfect. The taxi I called in the early morning arrived in a timely manner.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The room hygiene needs to be improved. There are smelly socks from previous guests on the bottom of the wardrobe, which makes people feel uncomfortable.
