The hotel elevator is almost broken. It takes a long time to go downstairs. The water in the bathroom feels unclean. Anyway, the overall experience is very bad. Bad review!

I renewed my lease at the Huali Hotel and changed to the room next door. The room was not big but had a large projection TV. Unfortunately, I couldn't see any live TV, especially sports TV programs. It was really big and unrealistic. There is a long sofa in the room which is very convenient for storing things. The drain plug of the washbasin in the bathroom is missing and cannot store water. The same was true in the previous bathroom. After reporting it to customer service, it was repaired. The same thing happened after I changed rooms. The master came to repair it and said that the drain plug was forced into the sewer by the previous resident. I don't know what the intention was? The master used long pliers to remove the drain plug and quickly repaired it. I wonder why there are such poor quality residents? The service provided by the front desk and maintenance staff was good. I gave it a 5-point rating, and the facilities received a 4-point rating.

I have stayed here many times. The environment is very good, there is no smell, the price is affordable, quiet, and the service is very good. I will stay here again next time I am on a business trip.
