酒店因為是老舊的酒店，加上是在貴陽氣候潮濕，有些地方因為很難幹所以感覺有點發黴的味道，尤其是去房間的走道上。
一分錢一分貨，這個價錢這樣的環境和設施也是沒得抱怨。前台確實很禮貌和細心。打掃房間的服務員也是蠻盡責的，每天你沒有吩咐都會進來打掃然後補齊東西。

酒店在貴陽市觀山湖區，近觀山湖汽車公園，出行方便。酒店房間很大，乾淨衞生，床上用品柔軟舒適，晚上睡覺也很安靜，洗澡水很大。酒店地下有停車場，停車方便。酒店由於裝修年頭久了，設施有點陳舊，但能看出當初裝修的豪華。酒店不提供早餐，但樓下就是商業美食街，吃飯非常方便。酒店大廳前台服務人員非常熱情，有求必應。值得一提的是酒店價格不高，適合來貴陽旅遊及自駕遊的朋友們選住。
