Excellent hotel. The hotel manager / owner is super helpful . Helped me a lot to change my code on arrival which was tricky . Location is great , about 15 minute walk to the subway . Has plenty of covid testing sites nearby, lots of shops for food too. Really nice hotel staff and polite cleaners too. Great stay.

首先，房間裏的空調從十二點入住開始就一直打開，到第二天早上九點都還是很冷，一點温度沒有，熱水器的熱水也僅僅是不冷，還有，在第二天退房後莫名其妙有人加我微信，然後給我説在前台悄悄記了我號碼加了我，我想問一下客户訊息這麼簡單就能獲取的嗎？還説覺得我漂亮想交個朋友，這是不是已經構成私自泄露訊息並且我被騷擾了？不會來第二次了。

先説下構造：觀山湖區這些酒店基本都在金融城公寓這個樓裏面，以前是loft，改成了上下兩層，所以出現一些人評論的上去之後還得走一層的問題。講下優點：前台很熱情，辦理入住很快。缺點是：這個酒店設施較為陳舊，硬件設施一般，因為多個酒店共用公寓樓電梯，導致高峯期電梯較為難等。

房間很大，設施齊全，而且鋪有地毯所以隔音很不錯。也很乾凈衞生，廁所乾濕分離非常nice！就是燈光不太亮，總的來説很不錯

酒店離高速路口很近，到店已是凌晨，前台接待欠專業，有一間房間暖氣壞了，討價還價了半天才同意補早餐，房間位於高層，景觀開闊，裝修風格還行

本人是預訂了兩天的房間，住了一天就退房了，原因是：早上六點多，我的房間門被一個陌生男子從外面打開，當時是早上六點多，我睡得正香，門開了，直接給我嚇懵，我的房間門我是在裏面反鎖了的，這都能被打開？後來再沒有睡着，出差來這裏本來就有好多事要處理，休息不好耽誤了公事，我還要再去找其他酒店開房間，周邊酒店的價格由於明天附近有馬拉松比賽，所以房間都漲了兩支三倍，我又花了高價格來訂酒店我，這一切都是酒店管理不當給我個人造成的不變和損失，但是酒店竟然任何歉意都沒有，還管我來要五星好評，我想説，我沒有投訴該酒店就不錯了，給的評價很真實，環境衞生都還可以，就是服務給了個零分，單身女孩，情侶入住該酒店還是要慎重的，不然正睡得香，房門被陌生人打開，你會不會害怕？
