The Hyatt Regency sets the standard for hospitality in Guiyang—perhaps in all of China. Definitely one of my best hotel stays ever in a decade of traveling China. Brand new facilities, top notch staff, and right next door to a stunning park. If you like running, I highly recommend the running park in the urban park behind the hotel—absolutely stunning urban running (see the photos below) 🏃🏽♂️Can’t go wrong staying here if you are in Guiyang 💯

Many, many thanks to Carl and Harris… Two outstanding managers; they made everything just seem effortless. The cleaning staff was very attentive and prompt and kind. I was so impressed. This is probably one of the best hotel customer service experiences I’ve ever had in China.

The staff was very friendly and helped us at any time. The hotel is located in the newer part of the city, you often need to travel by taxi or metro to go to the most attractions.

The hotel is very good. The room Bonnie arranged is very good. The hotel is very conveniently located next to Guanshan Lake Park, the International Ecological Conference Center, and the Convention and Exhibition Center. There is also a subway station nearby. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. The swimming pool and gym are also very good. The room bedding is comfortable. The hotel staff are warm and thoughtful. It is worth recommending!
