Ethan Zhou at the reception was truly helpful and upgraded me to a suite, which was really fantastic as it gave room for my kids to roam and also provided segregation when I needed space to work alone without the disturbance of my children.
He was keen to assist when he realised that I was with my kids without my wife and offered to make my stay incredibly comfortable.

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang.
Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much.
Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm.
Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive.
My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation.

We had one night stay in Kempinski. The hotel lobby was stunning with very nice designs. Our room was spacious and clean, the city views at night from the windows were just magnificent. The business lounge was on level 53 (top floor), which offered guests free afternoon tea, light dinner, and night drinks. Every staff member we met was very polite and friendly.
Finally, I wish to say special thanks to the reception staff Kevin, who serviced us very patiently and professionally. We will be back surely and see you again!

Great stay. Receptionist was kind and professional and made check in very smooth and easy. Classy enviornment and professional staff everywhere. By far the best hotel experience in Guiyang for me.
