Good location, staff helpful air-con not working, I try back to stay more 2 nights but they gave poor room near elevator and walk way. Exactly some staffs always say “I can’t speak English” that I think not kind attitude of job.

I chose this hotel for its location. 2-night stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Very good location at 大十字. Uniqlo and Adidas are just downstairs. Convenient if you need to get clothing for the weather. They have a gym at level 7 open for 24hrs

This hotel is perfect, the service is amazing thanks to Amber Feng and Lucy at the front desk. They were friendly and eager to help. The hotel is clean and super convenient being at the city center. Will always stay here when I am in Guiyang!
