從前台辦理入住時的熱情微笑，到客房服務貼心詢問需求，再到餐廳服務員的周到照顧，每一位工作人員都熱情洋溢，周邊吃飯很方便，有商場，有夜市，早上想出門散散步，離觀山湖公園非常近，必須好評！

我在這家酒店的入住體驗有好有壞。首先，必須誇誇酒店的服務，從前台接待到行李搬運，工作人員都熱情又專業，讓人感覺特別舒心。不過，也有一些不太滿意的地方。
早上我趕飛機，想在酒店餐廳吃早餐，結果餐廳衹有一位阿姨在忙，她態度不太好，一開口就抱怨自己一個人做不過來，好多東西都沒有。我去得也不算晚，連招牌的花溪牛肉粉都沒吃上，這體驗真挺糟心。
還有衞生情況也有待加強。我剛入住就發現洗漱台有短頭髮和辣椒皮，床頭櫃上也有頭髮，泡茶的茶盤同樣不乾淨，也有短頭髮，淋浴間甚至還有一塊用過的摺疊起來的膏葯。希望酒店能重視這些問題，加強衞生管理和服務人員培訓，相信改進後會給客人帶來更好的體驗。

酒店位置很好，附近出行都很方便，前台和保潔服務都很熱情，雖然有小小的失誤但很快就改正了。早餐也比較豐富，牛肉粉也不錯，8樓就是飯店，貴陽特色菜都有。

高級大床房挺大的，很乾凈也比較新。隔音不錯，幾乎沒有噪聲，適合商務出行。樓上就有一個餐館，食德天，價格實惠，很方便。

酒店位置比較好，在觀山湖公園附件，周圍鄰近美食節和商場，好吃的店也很對。酒店服務人員態度很好，服務很熱情，唯一可惜的就是空調有異味，疑似下水道的味道，乾脆沒開
