The hotel is very comfortable with spacious room. It is pretty convenient located near Mrt station. It offers a good breakfast. Hotel service was very good. They always provide chrysanthemum tea and red tea at the reception area. I would definitely recommend it.

It was a very good stay. The New Year limited edition room card set was really festive and beautiful. I asked for a few as souvenirs when I checked out. Secondly, I have to praise the room for being large, spacious and bright. The surroundings are also very quiet. It is very comfortable to live in. The bathroom and shower room are multi-purpose, which is very clever. Thumbs up 👍

The guy who checked me in was nice, at least he smiled and was able to communicate. The check-out in the morning felt too mechanical and cold.
The robot delivered the food from Ele.me in the middle of the night, but got the wrong room number (I didn't know which room ordered the food, and the robot delivered it to our room). Special thanks to Xiao Tang at the front desk. We were a group of 6 and stayed for 8 days. Five of us got sick. (We originally booked a two-day stay at a discounted rate). We asked for a one-day refund online, but no refunds were allowed online. We were all ready to give up taking a taxi and leave. Fortunately, after Xiao Tang at the front desk understood our situation, he kept calling to communicate with his superiors and enthusiastically helped us resolve the one-day refund for 6 people through official channels. Although the money is not much, it reflects the warm-heartedness, hospitable kindness and fair attitude of Guizhou people. So I would like to thank Xiao Tang at the front desk for her serious work attitude and her top priority in serving passengers. We would like to give her a five-star thumbs up for her serious work and pragmatic attitude in helping passengers solve their problems!
