Atour Hotel (Guiyang Guanshan Lake Park）

It's really a rip-off. I booked an executive twin room on the first day, but I felt uncomfortable with the facilities and checked out. I didn't say anything at the time. As a result, the plan changed and I stayed in Guiyang the next day. I thought it was convenient, so I booked another day and changed to a Jimu king-size room, which was more expensive. I came back to check in at night and asked the front desk what the difference was between Jimu and executive. The front desk said that the configuration and view were different. As a result, I found that they were exactly the same after checking in. And maybe because Jimu was more expensive but the configuration was the same, it had been almost unoccupied for a long time. There was a layer of dust on the glass and the table, and the room was worse than the previous cheaper room type. It was really a false sale. I was speechless. Atour could be like this. Finally, I asked the front desk and they said that there were more biscuits and drinks, and the view outside the window was almost the same. It was equivalent to me spending dozens of yuan to buy biscuits. . I was really shocked. This is treating consumers as **😂

The room was very clean and tidy, with no peculiar smell and no dead corners. The hotel arranged a high floor for us with a great view. Because it was quite cold, the service lady sent us a quilt attentively and was very friendly. She also sent us two more pairs of slippers. The breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, the pillows and mattress were so comfortable to sleep on, which greatly relaxed us after our tiring journey. This stay at Atour was a really great value experience, perfect!

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly. It is close to Guiyang Convention and Exhibition Center

Atour is still rubbish as always, the front desk is full of interns and they have no sense of service.
