City Comfort Inn Hotel (Guiyang Yan'an Middle Road Fountain Pool Subway Station)

The room is very clean and tidy, and breakfast is included. I basically stay here when I come to Guiyang.

The last hotel we stayed at on our return trip. The location is near the subway station. You have to climb a small slope to get there. It's quite tiring. There are only a few subway lines in Guiyang and the intervals are too long. Most of them don't have escalators or elevators. It's really tiring. It's better to take a taxi. Also cheap. So there is no need to worry about whether the hotel is near the subway or not. The hygiene condition is average, there are some stains on the carpets in the corridors and the seats indoors. There are all the necessary facilities, but the room is not big and it was not easy to open and place my suitcases. There's not much else to say, pretty average.

Cleanliness: Very poor. First of all, there was black stain on the bed when I checked in. I called to change the quilt, but the bed I changed also had the same one, and it was even bigger. The aunt said it was the ink from the previous customer. If it’s like this, the hotel doesn’t know how to replace it? Environment: It's near the subway station, relatively close, but there is a big slope. Service: There was a constant noise upstairs on the first night. I thought someone was staying, but then I found out that I lived on the top floor. This phenomenon did not exist. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep well all night. I was in a hurry to go out the next day and did not report this phenomenon. When I came back, I reported it to the front desk. The front desk said that I couldn't change the room if I didn't tell me earlier. Then the solution given to me was to find another staff member to go up and take a look. After going up to see it, the staff member said that he knew about this phenomenon. Some customers had reported this phenomenon before. It was the sound of the outdoor air conditioner and water heater upstairs. If this phenomenon existed before, why not rectify it? Do you have to ask customers to bear your problems? After going to the front desk with the staff, they changed my room (I can still change my room if I want) The hygiene of the room I changed was even worse. I wanted to brush my teeth at night, but when I opened it, it was dirty. I wonder if it was put on the floor. When I called, I asked about the toothbrushes. The front desk also said that the toothbrushes are changed every day. I only became honest after seeing the photos. Not even an apology... Not to mention the breakfast, it was terrible. You have to cook your own food and omelette yourself, it’s really a “self-service”! Insects were flying around other things, and the steamer was dirty. Can't stand it. The only good thing is that the staff who checked the air conditioner helped me move the quilt.
