來附近考試的，考點周圍都漲到300＋了所以選了這裏，在鹽務街上，吃的很多，周邊超市、蛋糕、店、奶茶店一應俱全。設施老舊好在衞生不錯，前台接待專業，第二天的洗漱用品也能及時補齊。缺點就是衞生間實在是太小了，洗個臉都會和牆壁打架。臨街非常吵，我自備耳塞所以睡覺感覺還好。窗户不能關嚴實沒有辦法隔音。以及門下方是有縫隙的感覺有安全隱患。
衞生做得真的可以，連窗縫裡基本沒有灰塵，我自己帶濕巾擦了一遍床頭和桌子，濕巾都乾乾淨淨的。

老城區酒店的優缺點，它身上都有。有點就是周邊就是居民區，所以用餐什麼的特別方便。缺點就是，周邊居民區的各種設施看起來會比較陳舊。

前台小姐姐很好，非常感謝前台，我一個人來的，衞生算乾淨，而且樓下小吃很多，鹽務街和八鴿巖都很多吃的，打車也方便，缺點是有點吵，可能是賓館在馬路邊上，晚上有嗚嗚嗚嗚的摩託車聲音，另外廁所好小哦，我第一次上這麼小的廁所，是普通標間1/2不到的大小，花灑水也很怪，要麼很燙，要麼很痛，那個花灑頭是很密的水，洗一次就懂了，很痛，而且會把頭髮打濕，所以你洗澡就會一塊洗頭。

房間環境很不錯，樓下很多吃的，奶茶餐飲基本都有，國慶出遊來這裏，住的還算舒服，價格也合適，性價比很高，沒有漲價漲得很離譜，值得推薦！

設施陳舊，房間小，廁所沒有通風口，一晚上不知道是空調外機還是什麼聲音一直響，但是如果衹是住一晚上沒什麼大問題，畢竟附近有烙鍋優勢。

靠馬路邊上有點吵，衞生間推拉門把手爛了，衞生間門台階那碰了兩次頭，樓下吃飯地方比較多，離地鐵站稍微有點遠，衞生沒提醒就不給打掃！

門頭小了，不太好找。周邊全是吃的，方便。停車衹能停附近的收費停車場。性價比很高了，正值暑假，周邊的酒店價格普遍偏高得離譜
