Yali Smart Hotel (Guiyang Southwest Business and Trade City)

This is the first time I’ve been so angry and left a bad review for a hotel! ! 1. When we checked in, it was around three o'clock in the afternoon. As soon as we entered the room, the sewer smell was super strong. The whole room was filled with the smell of sewer. We opened the window to disperse the smell (because we thought it would be easy to go down and change rooms). 2. Mahjong is very moist and feels like there is water on it. After playing 2 hands, the whole hand is sticky (it dries after playing a few hands and there is no sticky feeling after washing the hands, so I can tolerate it) 3. We went out for a meal around 9pm and returned to the hotel around 22:10 at 22:20. There were 5-6 people talking loudly around the door of our room and opening the door to our room. Fortunately, we had a security guard handy. Habits on chain locks: When those people saw that our door was locked with an anti-theft chain, they kept reaching in to take off the anti-theft chain. We kept shouting to the door for someone, and the people outside the door still didn't stop opening the door and frantically swiped our room cards. We, two girls, checked in at the door. Fortunately, our friend who played mahjong with us did not leave! ! I opened the door and went out to ask what they wanted to do. I found that there were many people at the door and some were drunk. I couldn't imagine what would happen if there were only me and my female friend in the room. I called the front desk and asked me to go down and have a look at mine. Room? ? ? ? We've been checking in for an afternoon and he asked me to go down? ? ? ? From the beginning to the end, there was no apology from the hotel, and I can’t imagine their relationship with the group of people who opened the door. I hope all girls should be careful when checking in! ! ! !
