We booked this hotel as a last-minute Chistmas Eve getaway. At a total cost of 840 rmb, it was a bit of a splurge. It was totally worth it.
Let's start with the bathtub. I am 6'4" (193 cm), 150kg, and I love a good bath. This bathtub is a small pool. You can see in the photo that I was stretched out with room to spare.
Then there is the view, I love Guiyang at night, and it looked so cool with the fog and the lights. The sitting area by the windows was so pleasant with a couple glasses of wine (provided with the room) .
Honestly, you can find the rest of the room amenities in other hotels, but you are hard pressed to find a view or a tub like this anywhere.
I also found the service to be extremely helpful. My Chinese is poor, so the hostess who checked us in created a wechat group so that I could translate things and make any requests of the front desk staff. They were very responsive and helpful.
Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I will most likely book this room every couple of months as a mini vacation for the wife and I.

Great hotel to be in if you are in Guiyan. They were very friendly and welcoming to us! The view from the rooms is amazing (specially from the room with the big bathtub) Will come back for sure if I’m visiting the city again.

The SeeCity hotel is a great spot in downtown Guizhou--in the same building as Sofitel but half the price. The staff was warm and friendly, breakfast was delivered every morning on request for free to the room, the room is spacious and the panoramic view of the city on all sides is great--just wish it wasn't so cloudy when I was there. All in all a great place to stay.

The hotel occupies few floors of the Hunter tower. It is next to sofitel and opposite Kempisky. Very nice room, with all necessary amenities. We got fruit every day. Breakfast served in the room. The staff is fantastic, very helpful, even if no one could speak English, we communicated with WeChat. The taxi left us to the street level, the staff came to help us with the luggage.

Hi,im not Chinese, we are couple with 2 small children,the family room was great,the children love it and really enjoy,the location is good and the service very good,my wife is Chinese so i don't know about the English,the breakfast was Chinese breakfast my family like it.i will come back and very recommended place.enjoy

I have stayed in many hotels in Guiyang, and this one is the best one for me. The room is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and most importantly, you don’t have to go there yourself, it is delivered to the room. The housekeeper Xiao Ming also provides excellent service. I will go to his hotel in the future.
