The service attitude at the front desk of the hotel was extremely poor. They didn't even have hot water. I had to wash my hair and give someone a cold. It was close to a national highway and was extremely noisy. I couldn't sleep. To be honest, I don’t want to give even one cent. Even though the building is big, it’s actually not as good as a guest house on the street that costs 20 yuan a night.

總的來説還是可以的，有待改進的是沖洗用的熱水正常供應，兩個晚上都沒有供應熱水或者是衹僅微温水，如果冬天這樣子對沿海地區來的客人會比較麻煩。同時，在國內很多地方對港澳通行證的入住認證的效率有待提高（包括快遞行業），國內對港澳台的通行證使用認識不是，也會影響港澳台回國內旅遊意欲，即使我這樣喜歡回內地交流以及做義工的，住宿與交通因為證件問題而大受影響，有時都會無語。
