I called the hotel directly to tentatively reserve to room for my definitive travel. They asked for payment to which I assured that I will make the payment by the morning. The staff called and stated that I have to make the payment or else they will not even hold the reservation on a tentative basis. I informed them to give me some time and they said this is the rule of the hotel and they cannot comply with my request. Either pay up now or they won’t give the room. In a way, I am happy that I have decided not to fall in their trap. Wonder how they have been rated for their services if the first impression itself is bad.

I stayed here for 2 days, overall staffs are very helpful and very supportive. I would like thank to bharatesh and shree for good service as well as helping me for catch a auto rickshaw for railway station. Kindly take care about little bit of cleanliness in the public and lobby section.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mr. Ankit He was incredibly polite and attentive throughout my stay. His timely service and warm demeanor made me feel well taken care of, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I use to come here frequently and as per my observation from last 3 years this is the best hotel to stay. Hotel is located in the heart of the city. I would to thank bhartesh who giving me a good room and taking care of my stay. I would like to thank kavya and sahil for making my stay comfortable this time.

It was a pleasant stay with feast to my tastebuds ....supported by a team of courteous staff at Punjchin ..( Krupal , Neha ,Ashis ,Brindan ) amazing spread of breakfast and neat and clean rooms madr me mesmarised .

The hotel is inside of a kind of mall and I could have some pleasant days there. The breakfast had many western dishes and was served outside of the Hotel, but stull i side the mall. Everything yummy. The whole bedroom was comfy. The only thing I did not like was the absence of windows in the bedroom. I had to laundry some clothes and the returned so smooth and had a very good smell. Thanks Mary Vignesh Shreeshail & Veer for having me.

Good service(divakar has gave us good service). Nice food and ambience, i will visit again for sure in punchin restaurant. Great experience and service at all, i recommend this restaurant for this type of service. Thanks to Divakar specially for this kind of service
