Staff was friendly. However, the room was not clean. The door handle was broken. Flies were at the ceiling of the bathroom. I found also a spider in my bathroom. The bad plug was missing, water was spreading all over the floor due to broken plumbing. The extractor fan of the barbecue at the restaurant seems not to have been cleaned for a long time, oil and other mess are widespread all around the barbecue ceiling. The shower at the pool has no hot water and spreads only cold water.

I love this hotel, ive stayed there 4 times the last being Oct 2024. We are going again in August 2025. The staff are friendly but professional, will help with anything, food is great so much variety there's something for everyone (& they have a kids corner). There are 3 pools, slides & a private beach 3 minute walk from. The gate entrance. The Turkish bath / massage is a must but have it before you get a tan. Would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing week here at Jasmin Beach! My first abroad holiday in 17 years did not disappoint. The hotel was lovely, clean, spacious and fresh rooms, pool and poolside were clean and organised. The food was delicious, something for everyone! The staff were attentive and helpful and always there to please the guests. Location great too! Would definitely recommend.

I have had several holidays at Jasmin Beach. The hotel is fantastic. Staff work really hard to make your holiday the best. Food is really good. Lots of choice for everyone. Hotel is lovely and clean and rooms are spacious and comfortable. I can't wait to get back there and watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets

We had the best family holiday here from a Turkish bath, to water polo, entertainment, slides, pools, boat trips. The staff a very friendly and are always happy to help as we're the bar staff, reception. A big thank you to Armagan and Muhammed on food and Muhammed on the pool bar for everything. They were attentive and welcoming. We cannot wait to visit again next year. Fantastic hotel and Staff.

We aren’t long back from a 7 day holiday the Jasmin Beach. We are two adults, first time flyers and first time in Turkey and we can highly command this hotel! Right from arrival the reception staff where very friendly, if you ever need them they where there to help. The bar staff and restaurant staff are also great! Always a smile on there face, nothing is to much bother. The Turkish spa in the hotel is INSANE! Best massage of my life and very very friendly staff, very genuine. Only disadvantage of this hotel is the food choice, very repetitive and bland. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Jasmin and would definitely return. Thank you

First of all, for the stars it has, the hotel is very dirty. Something that bothered us the most was the cleanliness of the entire hotel, the attached pictures are from the first day when we entered the room, lots of stains, stones in the bathroom and the bed linen was not clean. Housekeepers are forgetting to leave clean towels and take dirty ones from your room, so you are left without towels for showering and you have to ask the hotel staff to bring them, we waited 4 hours for them to bring them. The cleaners were entering the rooms for 5-6 minutes and the mop they used to clean leaves behind an unpleasant smell all day. The area around the pool was cleaned only once in the 10 days we were in the hotel, which is very bad, cigarettes, bags, plastic water bottles, hair are all on the tiles around the pool. The location of the hotel itself is excellent, a bus stops in front of the hotel entrance that takes you to the center of Bodrum in 10 minutes, and the price is 1e per person. Food is the brightest point in this hotel, every day a varied selection, from salads, meat, potatoes, spaghetti to cakes.Very large selection of food and everything we tried was really delicious. Overall , if the hotel improves the cleanliness it would be much better, this is not worth the money you pay for it.
