Aparthotel Siesta Beach Bodrum

No mention of any charge for air-conditioning on website. When we got to reception ,we were told it would cost 10 euro a night,which would have been a consideration before we booked. Apart from that the complex was fine,towels and sheets changed regularly, apartment cleaned.Good location, close to shops and beach.

Very nice ! Is a hotel with acomodation only ! Room nice , pool nice ! Beach nice ( quite dirty )! But in tge end We have had nice stay! We Will be back! Each day the room was cleaned! Our room was a studio so no kitchen but this was not a problem!! The hotel is very nice with a lot of flowers, very clean for a 3 stars hotel ! Staff friendly.. only the manager had always a sad face..

We stayed for 1 week at siesta beach . On arrival it was a quick check in reception staff don't really say much or smile much . We got room 303 which was up the top the room was spacious however the room was in dire need of refurbishment everything was old and dated broken doors lights the shower was filthy mould etc we just had to shrug it off and didn't let it spoil our holiday. We only used the bottom pool area it was very clean plenty of sunbeds although it was October so can't comment how it would be in July. We didn't eat much in the bar although it was fine what we had although it was expensive. We had 2 massages in the spa the first one was excellent so relaxing the 2nd one not so much it was a different girl and I don't think she had a clue what she was doing and left my wife all bruised even though she asked the girl to do it softer . The beach was right across the road although you should walk along 50m or so before going into the water . Siesta is in a great location not far to the restaurants bars etc. I wouldn't return because of the rooms which is a shame but we did have a good holiday .

we were a little bit wary of coming here coz of some reviews, but wow we really enjoyed it, staff were lovely especially billy. rooms basic but thats all we needed. pool was lovely, always got a sunbed. very chilled vibe, would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I spent a week here and based on what we paid we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Yes this is a basic 3 star apartment/hotel but we knew that when we booked. The room we were given was a 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a terrace (not a pretty view). The room was clean with hot water for a shower and that for us all we wanted. We didn't spend much time in the room. Top pool has lovely views, bar for drinks and snacks, water is cold at first but lovely when you are in. Gumbet is a lively town, loads of bars, shops and restaurants and a 10 min walk along the beach front then walk up at the side of Windy Bay. We ate at Windy Bay and Colombia a few times both excellent choice, nice food and £25 ish for 2 mains and bottle of wine. We also went to Annaolivia for a bit more upmarket experience but still not that badly priced and they pay for your taxi if you message them and book. The bars are where you will spend your money as the drinks are more expensive but great fun in Hangover Lounge. We had a great week in the sun and would definitely return again.

I would have given 4 stars but for the noise. The Hotel has many good points . Location, price, staff. BUT THE BIGGEST DRAWBACK is the noise you can hear from your room. You can hear the people next door, above and from late music , discos across the bay. Maybe we were unlucky. We had noisy people next door who would talk on the balcony when they came back at 2 in the morning. When they finally left we had “ when Sally met Harry” next door who would be at it in the early hours. The noise of scraping furniture, clomping feet in the early hours was dreadful. Especially when they were packing to leave at 4.00 am and didn’t finally trundle their suitcases noisily out at 6.00am. Reception just shrugs. You can hear every little sound in the poorly soundproof rooms. Never get on one on the ground floor. The hotel is very “tired” and in need of a refurb. The loungers are a bit decrepit and certainly need new covers. The water for a shower is barely warm. Reception said run for 5 minutes it may get warmer. It didn’t. There are a lot of stray dogs but they are friendly and seem well fed. Unfortunately, there is a lot of rubbish on and around beach, which is shame as it is a lovely bay. In places there are more cigarette butts on the beach than sand. The plus points are the location ( virtually right on the beach), 2 nice pools. We used the one on the roof. Plenty of good bars and restaurants all very reasonable, cheap even. A meal for 2 with wine could be as little as £25.00 for 2. Bodrum is a 25 min walk or a short trip by bus from right outside hotel. Nice Harbour in Bodrum , well worth a visit. If you want a peaceful , relaxing holiday then this is not your Hotel. The ones in Gumbet town would also be very noisy from the late night life. We did like the area and Gumbet/Bodrum very much and if we came again would rent an apartment just on the outskirts as it is a great place for a nice sunny holiday. We were here for 3weeks mid Sept to early Oct and the weather was glorious.
