Well located for beach and nightlife, not five star but a very adequate facility with two swimming pools, bar and restaurant, easy minibus transfer from main hub, everything is walking or minibus ride away. Decent breakfast, overall value was excellent, most of all the staff were awesome. I'll give the entire staff a five star rating alone!

I booked this holiday last minute & had never stayed here before so didn't know what to expect. My room was above the reception area & facing onto the main street. Room was big,I struggled with the bed as it was very low down but huge so I was comfortable. The staff were friendly & the manager was very kind.If i was to stay there again,i would prefer a room at the back, alongside the pool area,i have arthritis in my knees so the stairs were not ideal for me.The hotel is a over 16s so it was nice to relax without young kids running around. Bar street is a 5 min walk from hotel & there is a taxi rank just down the street. The local bus goes by if you are heading to bodrum Definitely an ideal location.

Good budget hotel, good location. The room was clean and airconditioning worked well. Only a small 100 meters from the Beach area which was ideal. After 50 meter you Will find the First shops, supermarkets and bars. Friendly guy at the reception to give information / advice.

Staff are amazing and their energy elevates the environment, maybe a mixture of music would be even better so everyone feels more welcome. The service is very good also. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Booked this hotel during our stay in bodrum for 3 nights after having to leave a nightmare hotel early and couldn’t be any better if they tried! The service is 10/10 staff are so friendly the manager goes out of his way to talk to you always asking if everything is ok with stay, pool is lovely, rooms are cleaned everyday. Location is brilliant! 2 mins from beach and bars. Would definitely come back again! Amazing value for money! Thankyou for making our last few days enjoyable! 💕

We were provided this hotel by Easyjet as emergency accommodation, as our flight was cancelled. The room was dirty, had a funny smell and had mould in the bathroom. I went to the balcony and when I opened the balcony door, I realised there was no lock on the door, meaning the door could not be locked from the inside or outside and was not secure. Our room was located on the first floor. I went downstairs to speak with the manger, who followed me back to the room to see what I was talking about. I showed him there was no lock on the door. He said, “it’s fine, you are safe”. I said, “I don’t feel safe without a lock on the door”. He said, “it is fine, you are safe, you are safe”. He was getting irritated that I was voicing my concerns. I said “I don’t feel safe”. He said “fine, ok leave”. He picked up our suitcase and said leave now. We were marched down the stairs. I went to sit down in the lobby to call EasyJet as I was in shock and totally confused. The manage said, “no leave, get out, you leave now”. He was shouting at me and my son. It was a very scary experience. I broke down crying and I was so upset, I had a massive anxiety attack. It was after 2am in the morning and we were now abandoned in Turkey, with no accommodation for 4 nights. My son was extremely anxious and scared. We were absolutely traumatised by the way we had been spoken to and treated and for no reason whatsoever, other than me wanting to be safe. It was disgusting treatment from a staff member at Serhan hote. I would never wish this experience on anyone. It was one of the worst experiences I have every been through in my life. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.
