It’s great. It’s the most satisfying hotel during my trip to Turkey. Highly recommended!
The hotel is beautiful, blue and white with bougainvillea, close to the Aegean Sea, and very atmospheric. The room is very large and the balcony is also very large. On the first day of check-in, the room was filled with welcome fruit desserts and a bottle of red wine. It was so sincere!
The breakfast is also great. The restaurant is on the beach. After eating, you can go directly to the beach to bask in the sun. Dry towels and drinks are always ready, which makes it full of romance.
The service staff were warm and friendly. They called us a taxi and helped us communicate with the driver, which saved us a lot of trouble.

Best place ever .. all staff they are careeing about the passengers and it is a beautiful place it super clean and the food are amazing ..they present my baby we check out ( thanks for that even ) ..the breakfast it so delicious and fresh.. Also the have food for babies and kids will be enjoyed..

This hotel is truly wonderful. From the moment of check-in, where we were comfortably seated on a sofa, to the creation of a WhatsApp group that efficiently addressed all our requests, the service was impeccable. The attention to detail and the warm welcoming atmosphere made all the difference.

Honestly it’s a good hotel, the staff is amazing, the service is great, quick and professional , very clean as well. I stayed is Bodrum for 14 days in 3 different locations, all top notch resorts , kaya was the best . I recommend it . The only thing i don’t like is the breakfast restaurant was at the beach and we had to take a buggy it was always there to take us but im not used to it in the morning Lol. Nevertheless it didn’t change my point of view on the hotel, it’s still pretty good with excellent food and service . Just try to book in july or the end of June as the weather might have some rainy days if you want to mainly enjoy the swimming pool and the beach.. the city is beautiful though with rain . All the best for them and i will come back again.

This is our third time staying at Kaya Palazzo, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is truly wonderful — cozy, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Unlike many other large resorts in Turkey, Kaya Palazzo never feels overcrowded or overwhelming. It offers a sense of privacy and relaxation that’s hard to find elsewhere. The breakfasts are delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. The staff is exceptional — always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with any request. Upon check-in, we were added to a whatsapp group where we could ask any questions, and responses were prompt and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Serhat, the guest relations supervisor, whose support and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. The beach is sandy and well-maintained, and there’s also a pier for those who prefer a different kind of sunbathing or swimming experience. Everything is clean and beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and an abundance of fresh towels available throughout the day. We can’t wait to return again.
