The town of Gunnison is not big. If you drive from the Gunnison Black Canyon Scenic Area, this motel is on the right side of the road before reaching Gunnison Town (west of the town). All rooms are on the first floor. You can park your car at the door of your room. Health is OK, breakfast is good.

The front desk was very kind and helpful! The bed was very comfortable and had a good breakfast as well!

Super clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great swimming pool and hotvtub. Good comfy beds. The breakfast is good and eating area laid out nicely, but there's not enough tables and seats. Surely some more could be added in the mornings.

We love this place and stay here every year at least once. The only negative is that there is no pool. But it’s located in heavily wooded area and has a cool table on a little island. An it’s run by some great people.
