The room was very clean comfortably staff was friendly but for Muslim people breakfast isn't suitable because there was pork meat also in breakfast time people were a lot so had to wait other l didn't recommend taking breakfast

It is on the 6th floor out of 12, and the water pressure is very weak. The pillows are full of dust. The massage chair is worn out and there is a lot of trash. They say breakfast is provided, but it is not provided on Mondays. It is on the outskirts, so there are not many places to eat nearby, and the heating is on, so my throat hurts and I caught a sore throat. Breakfast is not provided, but when I complained to the staff, they said it was provided, and they only replied that Trip.com was wrong. If a customer says one thing, the staff will say ten things. This place is expensive and the service is a mess. I attached photos as evidence. Since cancellation is not allowed here, I cried and could not cancel, but the result was bad, and I will never look at Gunsan again.

Basically, it was well-equipped with amenities such as toothbrushes, towels, and razors, and the bed and bathroom were clean and nice! The heater worked well, the TV worked well, and there was a computer for those who like games, so it seemed good. The best thing was the bathtub, which was wide enough for my girlfriend and I to sit side by side.
It was nice that there were convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby!
The floor was really cold, so if that could be improved, it would be perfect!
