We stayed for weekend break in July 23 and had great family fun time. The staff was great and took care of my little one when we were having meals. Kids enjoyed camel ride and other activities. There was rain dance as well which we avoided. Hotel was getting few more rooms added so it was under construction

It’s a property where you find cleanliness on the top, food average , hospitality ok ok and ambience also so so. Being an old property it needs to be renovated. Food quality must be enhanced. And the road going to this hotel has no street lights for 10 kms long stretch.

Our one-night stay at Taj Damdama, Gurgaon was nothing short of magical! The team, led by Urmila, went above and beyond to make our Valentine's Day special. From a personalized photo frame, a beautiful cake-cutting ceremony, and a golden pocket square & scarf, to a room upgrade—every detail was thoughtfully curated. Rishika’s ukulele performance with the team added a heartfelt touch. Deb, the manager, ensured seamless hospitality, while Riya, Rishika, Nandita, Shivani, Justin, and Rituraj made us feel truly special. Pankaj at Shamiana was exceptionally courteous. As a farewell gesture, the hotel gifted us two adorable indoor plants, making this stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Rishika’s ukulele performance, with the team singing *****, created a magical moment. Deb, the manager, ensured everything was flawless, while Riya, Rishika, Nandita, Shivani, Justin, and Rituraj made us feel truly cherished. A special thanks to Pankaj at Shamiana for his warmth and attentiveness. As a parting gift, the hotel surprised us with two adorable indoor plants—a perfect ending to a perfect stay. Awesome food and dining experience. The staff, Manoj, Ashok and Rahul were very courteous and provide great service. The food was delicious - the crumb fried chicken is a must have for kids while the salmon bruschetta was perfect. The ambience and music at Shamiana was perfect

Excellent hotel and service. Thanks for the kind welcome and hospitality and personalised cake in room with our pictures on our anniversary. Restaurant is new and renovated. Rooms are getting renovated. Front office and restaurant staff and room service everything is excellent. Couldn’t ask for more. God bless you.
