very basic hotel, good for max 1 or 2 nights

Stayed for one night in Jr Suite # 314. The hotel is around 13Kms from T3 terminal which will take around 45 minutes to reach in the evening. Despite of booking through ITC portal , the team didn’t had any information about email address , contact no and loyalty membership no. Jr Suite was quite spacious with living room /working room with comfortable seating arrangement.There was a small washroom area in the living room. Air conditioning was perfect.The bed height is slightly lower towards the floor , the cushion is comfortable. WiFi connectivity was good but intermittently slow during the stay. There is bath tub and separate shower room. Biotique toiletries were good. The security staff at the main hotel entrance , security entrance had warmth and smile. The Restaurant Experience - Dinner buffet experience was disappointing in food taste and service. Veg Manchow soup was below average , a bit bland. Rajma masala was insipid. Tandoor rotis served were all burnt. Gulab Jamun was delicious and fruit custard was delectable. There was only ICECREAM tag with no ice cream being kept. The service was extremely disappointing with no one around to take care of your needs. The associates were busy serving few tables not even bothered to consider existence of other guests and their requirements. The hospitality and service at the restaurant was quite unfair and very selective. Although they forcefully waived off the dinner bill , this is not expected from a hotel associated with ITC brand.What a pity !! Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of north and South Indian delicacies. Poha and Khasta Kachori was below average in taste. Parathas were delicious. Chole was average. Cappuccino was below average , didn’t taste like Cappuccino at all. The restaurant food and service is a complete disaster at this place. The team needs serious training and efforts in hospitality, service and improvements in food taste. Due to low value for money (except for Jr Suite Room size and cleanliness) , will never consider to stay again.

Badly maintained property to be avoided even if offered for free. Booked for three nights checked out after one night as I have had enough. Walls had dampness Curtains had staines Room had musty smell Iron didn’t work As soon as I switched on iron that was provided rooms electricity tripped. I think ITC has forgotten to maintain the property. Few goods things 1. Staff is courteous and offered me change in room ; however by that I had made up my mind to move out 2. Bathroom shower had good pressure 3. Good location

Absolutely amazing service. The hospitality is best. Everyone was welcoming and respectful. I recall a certain stewardess named Akansha, she was a delight for all of us. Thank you for the lovely time we had. It was an absolute pleasure being there, the food was just wow. Chef's kiss taste and a happy tummy time!

Had a great stay experience, got a complimentary upgrade and the suite was really well kept. Only point of improvement would be fixing the curtains as the blinds couldnt close. Restaurant was good, buffet spread could have been bigger. Thanks to Jyoti for her courteous and prompt service.
