Had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. We visited for my sister's wedding, and our managers, Rishi and Ashwani, were incredibly supportive. They went above and beyond to ensure that all our guests had a seamless experience, creating unforgettable memories for everyone.

Dear Team, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention an experience I had during my recent visit. I had intended to meet with the executive chef; however, he was unavailable. Chef Dayal assisted me with my meal, but I unfortunately found a hair in my food. While I did inform the staff about this issue, I would appreciate it if this matter could remain confidential and not be communicated to other people. Additionally, when I inquired about the bill, I was informed that it had been taken care of this time, and that I could settle it on my next visit. However, when I requested my dessert, I was asked for my card to process a charge, despite being promised a 20% discount. This inconsistency is concerning, as it raises questions about the reliability of the commitments made to members. I find this situation unacceptable and will be advising my acquaintances to not consider visiting your establishment. I sincerely hope that your team will take this feedback into account to enhance the overall experience for future patrons. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The hotel is very good, we made arrangements of 125 people conference arrangements The quality of service & food is excellent. We would like to thank you very much for making our sons wedding event so special and perfect!. Our family and friends had a great time. We are so grateful for your professionalism and courteous staff. The ambience, food, personal touch given by the entire staff is much appreciated. Special thanks to the sales manager Mrs Sushma to understand the requirements and then schedule the events and handling the entire event. Mr Dinesh the chef is excellent right from helping deciding on the menu and taking care of the food taste of all the dishes prepared and being served during the events. The front desk Mr Anurag and the front office staff Mr Puspendra were very helpful and accommodative at the time of check in. We were assigned the driver Mr Rakesh who was very understanding and always ready. Thank you to the entire security and Pllazio staff for taking such good care of us and making us feel special during our stay. Our guests had a memorable and unforgettable experience with many saying it was the best wedding event, food and stay they had experienced. Thank you

I recently stayed at the Pllazio and found the staff courteous and professional(Sachin and Rabil). The rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy. And the entire hotel has a great vibe. Food is great whether it is breakfast buffet or in-room dining.
