The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa

We had a lovely family stay in the resort! We were upgraded to a villa category and had the most amazing welcome decorations done by the guest relations team member Komal. She helped us with all our requests and made sure our stay was comfortable. Property is surrounded by lush green garden and trees, there is a mini zoo, a big playroom and lots of activities for kids. We enjoyed the evening high tea. The staff at buffet dinner and breakfast was extremely helpful and kept bringing us food from the live station which was really sweet. All in all a good staycation and we will recommend to all our friends!

The place was great and the sports array was great to select from. The places have a scenic beauty and the East lawn adds a exquisite feeling to it. What an amazing venue Apart, from these the service requires room of improvement really enjoyed. Regards:

Good experience.great property. Hi tea is really good. The breakfast and dinner is exceptionally good Must try their pancake There are two pools The lap is really good Yogesh from fitness is really helpful about making sure you have a great experience.

Excellent resort nearby Delhi to relax and recharge. The resort itself has multiple activities like go karting, zip line, archery etc. They also provide bicycles to cycle around the resort. The resort is also developing a lake which is a good spot to sit and relax. The dining Xiao Chi is something which should not be missed. The food was delectable and the service was top notch, what you expect in a five star. We stayed at the family room which is very comfortable for a family. The bathrooms need refurbishment and a deep cleaning.

I went at westin sohna on 22nd to celebrate my daughter’s 1st birthday ***** with my whole family. My elderly parents were also ***** with us. We booked a villa with no pool. Our checkin time was at 3 PM and we arrived at the hotel at 2 pm. We had already requested for early checkin because we wanted to decorate the room and do a small cake cutting ceremony by the evening. At the reception we were told that our villa will be ready in 10 mins and we can wait at kids zone meanwhile. We went to the kids zone and we waited for 30 mins but no one called us to inform the room status. We reached out at reception they said the room is taking a bit longer to get ready we request you to wait for 10 mins. This same thing went on till 4:30 PM after which we got the villa. My father is 73 years old and they did not have the courtsey to even ask for refreshments or water during the wait at kids zone. My plans for 1st birthday got ruined. This was my second visit but will not visit any marriot property going fwd. I thought Marriot will live up to the hospitality standards but I didnt feel they were sorry enough for the experience they offered. Only silver lining was the food.
