The stay is pretty fine. The amenities that supposed to be in the bathroom like dental kit and other things weren’t there. I had to ask for it.

Excellent service and arrangements made by everyone and specially Dharampal ji and Krishna ji. The ambiance was outstanding and the breakfast served was delicious and they served it to the best of their capability. The rooms were near and clean.

All good the decoration was so beautiful at club very unique christmas tree step there and got a warm welcome from saloni and dharmpal she gifted my son's a chocolate also they helped my mother with wheel chair will come again ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The Place is In A Class of its Own - Excellent Venue for Exclusive People . A Royale Feel with Sumptuous Food served during the Event . Staff is highly courteous- Service is Superb . . The catering, Food Quality, Laying is extraordinary. Ambiance is Mersmerising .

My whole experience throughout my stay was very good. The lobby area had a great ambience and the restaurant was very good too....had a great meal. Throughout my stay Ms. Saloni has helped so much. She was very patience and polite. My overall experience was great. Must have a visit.

Exceptional service in a beautiful hotel with stunning gardens, pool and restaurants. This hotel is clearly focused on business travellers, and we were clearly not :) but there was no sense that we were out of place at all. The bedroom was equivalent to 5 star hotels I've stayed in in Australia, and service was better. We also used their car service to go to the airport which was extremely comfortable and professional.

Comfortable bedding and good toiletries. Food is wonderful. Helpfull staff.No complaints. Excellent experience. Will like to come again. Will recommend to everyone we know. Five star hotel facilities. A special mention to akshay who went above and beyond in providing outstanding service. His professionalism ,attention to guest is soo good.

Celebrated our kid’s bday at Club 5. The entire experience was brilliant starting from reservation, understanding the requirement, making necessary adjustments - be it for the venue or food restrictions. It was all taken care off with humility and respect. Brilliant hospitality and great service. A special call out for Mr. Sachin Tyagi (Manager) for a seamless booking process and managing logistics and Sandeep Dogra (in-charge) for ensuring everything on d-day was nothing less than perfect especially when it came for arranging for the kids. Thank you to the entire team at Club5. See you soon!
