窗户關不上，正好對着馬路，晚上大車吵**，還有我住的五樓樓頂上的外機震動太大了，直接失眠半夜，真無語了，衞生比較乾淨整潔，內部環境不錯從平台上預訂的，結果到了現場説沒有房間了，另外加30元給開了房間，希望以後店家遇到相同問題能及時通知顧客。
