周邊環境優美，空氣清新宜人，房間設施齊全。
但設施設備不夠先進，房間佈局有些浪費
除總枱服務較好外，客房和餐廳基本沒有什麼服務品質可言。
特別是早餐，可以用慘不忍睹來形容；客房配的純凈水是快過期的。有圖有真相。

似乎是政府的培訓中心。是這麼多年住過的最大標間，比五星級酒店標間大一倍，乾淨整潔。酒店面山背水，環境不錯，離附近景點都不遠，開車過去非常方便

前台需要培訓，走了這麼多地方還沒有遇到電子身份證在這裏不能用的，中午12點必須退房，早餐基本考搶，連個煮雞蛋都沒有，唉，都什麼年代了？轉變思想吧，對了早餐竟然就一個小時（7：30—8：30），過點沒有了。這個酒店就是一個培訓學校，所有規矩都是按學校制定的。

環境一流房間很大很乾凈，複式結構，孩子很喜歡，訂的比較早住到了最高層的觀景房，坐在陽台喝杯茶看着白鷺湖景很是愜意，美中不足就是十一期間天氣不太好，有點下雨，另外進出酒店的山路比較考驗車技！

回固始老家 白鷺湖賓館離家近 自然環境優美 清晨有白鷺飛過湖面 空氣清新 天然的氧吧，可以早起散步 大口呼吸氧氣

房價在縣城內算是很高了。房間很大，周邊環境不錯，但是酒店服務意識淡薄，管理理念落後。入住體驗很差：
先是辦理入住時開的房間沒有打掃，又重新調換房間；
然後進屋之後發現淋浴間的燈壞了，房間的鎖也掉了（居然用雙面膠粘貼）；
最後孩子需要沖奶粉，沒有涼水，想請酒店前台哪兩瓶涼的礦泉水來，被告知需要自行下樓去商店買。
可能頂着紅色培訓中心的名號的大酒店不差我們這種升斗小民的錢吧
