We’ve had the most amazing time at Le Barthélemy! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable—especially Charlotte, who made everything feel so seamless and special. Thank you, Charlotte, and team from the bottom of our hearts we are so grateful!!! We got married during our trip, and it was truly a dream come true. The thoughtful touches from the staff made our celebration even more magical. Our room was absolutely spectacular, and the beach here is unlike any other—we even spotted several turtles, which made the experience incredible. Thank you to everyone at Le Barthélemy for making this such a meaningful and memorable stay. We’ll cherish it forever and truly hope to return again soon!

One of the top hotels in the world! Great service, delicious food, luxury and spacious rooms and perfect with all rooms being front beach located and overviewing the bay. Stuff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Very nice spa and services they offer.

Very nice resort right on the beach. Amazing service from the welcome reception to check out! Everything is at your fingertips from the amazing water and beach lounge to a refreshing cocktail. You will never feel cramped at the La Barthelemy Hotel.

This is a review of the water sports lack of teamship and kindness. We booked a tour of two water jet skies for a tour of the island for our children and their friends. They were called stupid within the first three minutes. Our daughter cried. They were told they were too slow by another rude guest. Avoid all water sports here - they clearly have an attitude problem on the most beautiful island and bay. We are extremely disappointed not so much at the lack of professionalism which was extreme but the fact that our children 19-13 were belittled and screamed at for not going fast enough. While this is a separate business from the hotel it represents their brand. The hotel understood immediately and offered lunch for the following day but unfortunately the damage was already done to the children’s feelings and we all left highly disappointed. We would appreciate follow up here and a full refund. Our poor kids. Unacceptable business policy and treatment of other people. We did not book the fastest tour around the island but a jet ski experience where our kids could learn and have some fun. The opposite occurred.

Lovely place with fantastic personnel. But you should love to go to bed before 10pm. Otherwise the bar will tel you to go to bed. Never again!!! This is not what you would expect from a 5 star place at this price. Very disappointing!!! Price - Quality without any relation! We we’re expecting holidays. Impossible at this place

Booked for a spa day well in advance . We were a group of 4 . My treatment was 5.45 and last of group . When I arrived was told my appt was 3.45 . Showed the receptionist the booking confirmation from them . She shrugged her shoulders! We then spoke to reaction who were similarly aggressive with their approach . Eventually hotel admitted their error but with a very poor grace Totally unprofessional

Outstanding! The hotel is set on a lovely stretch of beach with shallow and protected water (and turtles). The property is spotless, the rooms wonderful, and the staff exceptional. We truly could not have asked for more. We shall be returning annually!
