Gutian Hotels with Pools

Checked in found the Toilet was not properly cleaned. Pointed out to the house keeping supervisor on duty on our way out who promised to have it cleaned. Came back nothing was done. Disgusting experience...

Very satisfied with the stay, the front desk girl service is very good, clean sheets and quilts are all new and comfortable to sleep, free mineral water is also very good.

Parking was more convenient before, now you have to go to the community to find a parking space to stop! Good health! The front desk service staff is good! Opposite is Zhongtian Supermarket, convenient shopping!

I wanted a non-smoking floor and room, but unfortunately I didn't. Fortunately, the room I arranged was clean and had no smell of smoke.

Hallways tend to be dirty from messy customers. Occasional smokers in rooms. Good location for food, supplies and transport. Newer hotels, good WiFi.

The hotel is located on a new area just next to the old zone. It's just a short walk to the 黃氏宗祠 along the old road, which has been dug up for resurfacing and hence really dusty. The hotel has 4 floors. There are 2 functioning lifts. There are few hotel guests so there is no waiting. People smoke in the hotel so non smokers need to endure the smell. Room feels old but acceptable. There are plenty of charging points and USB cables to meet your needs. AC is working so is the kettle. Bathroom can be cleaner and is a let down. Water heating works well. Limited bathroom amenities. Towel is just OK. Still it's one of the better hotels in this small town.

Hygiene: How to be hygienic is still very good, very clean, Service: The service at the front desk is also very good. Basically, I will choose this side when I come to Gutian. It is very convenient to have a stall at night not far from the hotel. It is very convenient to eat supper at the wholesale side.
