Very unprofessional staff n had a very terrible experience.
Even after taking full day charge we were asked to checkout by 9pm due to booking…. No consideration for the customer.

Location in the prime area of PAN bazar but due to the present construction of railway overbridge there is slight problem while coming from Paltan bazar side. The check in was smooth and room was neat and clean. There is slight problem in the attach toilet as the water is not easily drained out. Hydrabadi chicken Biryani was quite horrible so needs for introspection. The buffet breakfast was ok type and of average.

Prominent location, excellent sercices, awesome food and especially staff is superfine. This all made my stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks to mayflower and team for adding precious memories in my life.

Good in terms of hospitality and cleanliness in Guwahati. Almost all amenities provided in the twin bed room. Breakfast was mediocre with an average spread.

Receptionists were okay. Food quality was pathetic and overpriced. Only single towel in the room. No dental kit in washroom. No charging point next to bed

The room and bathroom were not completely clean. We had to ask for towels and other necessary items like soap, sampoo, brush etc. As our room was close to the house keeping room it was very disturbing even at night. Breakfast was worst as there were very few veg options and the taste was also not good. butter which they provided for making bread butter was also expired. The outside view from our room was also very bad. I'm only giving a 3 star because whenever i call for room service and house keeping they immediately respond but i hope they could have done these things without asking for.
