Not clean properly, mosquito biting, cupboard not close properly, television not recharge, it will resume after 2-3 times request. Broken ac and switch board are there, wall painting are sabby.

The room was not good. Ac machine broken. Bathroom not clean. Intercom telephone is deaf & dumb. But the location is good.

I order breakfast at around 8am then it didn’t reach my room at all upon checking the staff informed me to go and have buffet in 2nd floor. The bf was not included with my room and wanted to order in the room but after 1 hour they declined the order and the staff totally ignored my request which is so unprofessional.

The stay was disappointing despite the convenient location. The room lacked cleanliness, with unclean bedsheets, old towels, and no toilet paper. Additionally, the intercom was non-functional, making it hard to reach staff. Overall, the experience fell short and needs significant improvement.

Service was not as per expectations. My one booked meal was neither served nor refunded. Room fan regulator was broken. But not addressed inspite of request. Overall not recommended.
