We were staying 2 people in a double but breakfast that was complementary but then also breakfast was provided for only one person what kind of management that was I don’t know and also the room was too small and the TV was also not working.

Not as expected and they should upload the real photos and some are uploading the fake photos on reviews and confusing customer. we have booked executive room but no such services were provided like water, towels, no tea and cups , no kettle , unclean bedsheet , broken cupboard,etc . I would like to suggest to them please be real and make the customer satisfied with your rooms.

location is nice, tea is awesome, service is fast but not so good since one room I got where geaser wasn't working. beauty from the room is good for the city view.

The Room is Not even properly cleaned, Bed-bugs and cockroaches are found in the room. Room service is very bad as well. Staff behaviour is ok but not pleased.

I stayed two days in the hotel, On the first day everything was good . Room was clean and good. But on 2nd day the room I got was not clean and mattress was also not that clean. So My rating is good for 1st day only. And I suggest checking the room first before check-in.
