The rooms are clean but a bit small in size. Overall the stay at this hotel was great. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is easily accessible. There are restaurants and bars available here.

The property is at a prime location in Pan Bazaar. Staff were cooperative, check-in was quick and the room was allotted within 15-20 mins of arrival. Room amenities included AC, TV, Twin Bed, Wardrobe, Tea/Coffee making sachets. No dental kit was provided however after calling the room service, the same was immediately delivered. In house dining is available but the price is very high. Overall a decent stay.

Location of the Prag Continental hotel Guwahati is excellent, close to market areas. Staff were cordial and prompt in providing services. Breakfast had good variety of items. Cleanliness of the hotel is worth mentioning. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

We were looking for a stay nearby kamakhya and umanand temples. Room was double bed. Nominally spaced for a couple. Staff was helpful. The hotel is well connected to major food places. Transportation is also good wrt to Bus and cabs.

rooms had cockroaches, God knows what pest control they do. the bathroom gate has no stopper making it collide with the wal and get the door lock active if one opens the door full and when u close the door it automatically gets locked . though food is good but it's over priced .

The property has multiple issues.
1. Rooms have cockroach infestation
2. Most Rooms have mold problem.
3. The bar plays loud music. On the day of Holi, the bar started loud music from morning 9 AM.
4. There is no room service, reception, housekeeping at night. We wanted water last night, but we could not get hold of any one after calling 10-15 times. We had to sleep thirsty the whole night.
5. The property is right next to a mosque that plays Azaan in the loudspeaker very early in the morning.
6. We went to talk to the Manager and Mr Paul was very rude and dismissive.
7. Overall the rooms are really small, and not clean at all

I think this is one of the worst property in Guwahati. The rooms are very shabby. Too many cockroaches are all over the room.
