The property has multiple issues.
1. Rooms have cockroach infestation
2. Most Rooms have mold problem.
3. The bar plays loud music. On the day of Holi, the bar started loud music from morning 9 AM.
4. There is no room service, reception, housekeeping at night. We wanted water last night, but we could not get hold of any one after calling 10-15 times. We had to sleep thirsty the whole night.
5. The property is right next to a mosque that plays Azaan in the loudspeaker very early in the morning.
6. We went to talk to the Manager and Mr Paul was very rude and dismissive.
7. Overall the rooms are really small, and not clean at all

I think this is one of the worst property in Guwahati. The rooms are very shabby. Too many cockroaches are all over the room.

Hotel looks good but amenities in rooms are not good. Initially I was provided with Room No 511, when checked in AC and TV was not working. they shifted to Room No 410, same issue was there also. again they shown me Room No 411, AC and TV was working but interior was not upto the mark. windows of bathroom was broken. not provided with all required essential items of rooms. all these happened in night and they took more than 40mins to provide me a room to stay finally

Great & Safe hotel in Guwahati. The team is also awesome and very supportive in nature. The hotel is currently renovated with all modern amenities. Food is very tasty with multiple varieties

Location is good. hotel services are ok ok. The hotel is very overpriced. the bedsheets were torn, hygine was ok, food was way overpriced.
