my room had mosquitoes and I can't get rid of it.

I shared a room with my friend. I could adjust to other things, the AC was fine; the tv got only the free channels so there wasn't any shows I could entertain to while I relax.
My stay at the Hotel was terrible. The room was infested with mosquitoes, making sleep impossible. The room and facilities are old and poorly maintained. To top it off, my thrash was never emptied, and room service was awful. Avoid this place!

This hotel are good and behaviour of the customer desk personnel are good,but they are not attentive to the call on phone.
There must be bath bucket and Mug into the bathroom.

Worst Service by all Staff Members. Dirty Linens being provided they cover the whole bed by bed cover without washing them. No food was available at any point of time. Overall worst experience except location.

Everything is okay except one: no bucket or mug is provided in the bathroom. This will trouble many. Hotel authority must look to this.

The property is old and the cleanliness is very bad. Bedsheets were very old and unclean. Washroom were not clean properly and fungus were all around the wall. Very bad experience.
